QUOTE(benny888 @ Feb 16 2011, 08:19 PM) The HTC flyer looks more bulkier and not so streamlined as the TAB. I feel the name given to this new HTC tablet is poor - it immediately connotes an impression of something cheap, unimportant and easily disposable. LOL !! agree with u..if dun see the name HTC, i will think its those china pad.. lol.. Added on February 16, 2011, 8:22 pm Plenty of choices in Ebay - price ranges from US$ 29 to US$55. Actually any bluetooth enabled keyboard can work with it unless you are looking for a perfect fit as an added accessory to the Tab. I tested a bluetooth keyboard bought for the iPad - works well This post has been edited by Hico: Feb 16 2011, 09:58 PM |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Mar 1 2011, 11:45 AM) Another challenger to the 7' TAB, this time from Motorola : but i always heard moto's phone got hardware problem..from milestone till defy..a bit scare off.. Excerpt from : http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2381132,00.asp Motorola plans to release a 7-inch tablet and several phones with the same docking capabilities as the landmark Atrix 4G phone by the end of the year, CEO Sanjay Jha said at Morgan Stanley's Media and Telecom Conference today. The company just released its first Android tablet, the Xoom, last week. Jha didn't give specific numbers for Xoom sales, but said they were a "good start" and that Motorola is already working on a "tiered" strategy with multiple tablets. "There will be seven-inch, some version of eight-inch, some version of 10, 11 and 12 inch tablets" in the market, although not necessarily all from Motorola, Jha said. Seven inches is definitely on the schedule, though, and Motorola "will have other tablets out by the end of the year," Jha said. |

QUOTE(rahuldave @ Mar 2 2011, 08:54 AM) Good advise from Uncle Benny. Just to share with you guys, at first I was exactly like what Uncle Benny said. After thinking it twice, I have bought around 10 licensed applications from Market. I guess we should also support the open source developer as they have a living too. Almost one third of the android applications are priced aroun USD 1 to USD 3 which is approximately RM 10 or slightly more i agree.i have also bought few application from the market.. better play safe rather then save.. |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Mar 15 2011, 03:49 PM) ROOT it, install Titanium Backup and use this app to remove the apps you do not need Benny for titanium backup, if lets say i got 2 android fon, so mean i need purchase the pro version 2 times as well as long as i install into different device? so far only titanium backup can backup all the app as well? You can even replace the bootup splash image Best is to install custom rom - clean without all the telco apps If you send in , there will be a service charge at least RM 60 If you are in Spore - just sent in to any Samsung Service centre - they will reflash FREE for you a copy of standard without the telcos input Added on March 15, 2011, 4:30 pm QUOTE(sooieweng @ Mar 15 2011, 04:13 PM) im stay in malaysia, mean if i bring the tab to samsung service center to reinstall malaysia version OS, will it be more than Rm100++??.. i think they will charge u base on ur device..if the device is not warranty under them or ap set or oversea set, they will apply the charges.. nowadays samsung malaysia using ewarranty which mean everything inside their system to trace abt the warranty and where is the origin set come from..but its better for u call them and ask or direct to their service centre like benny said..This post has been edited by Hico: Mar 15 2011, 04:30 PM |
