my gp bite me when he want to pee or poo. Maybe gp dont like to do it on human. Immediately after i put them back in the cage they pee or poo. But their bite is not harmful and never bleed my hand. If i dont release them when they start to bite after several minutes they will pee on me, i have tried this haha.

Actually gp can bite us until bleeding, their tooth are strong enough to do that. Be careful if u hand feed fresh veggies to your gp, sometimes they accidentally bite your finger and this has happened to my wife her finger got bleeding. Haha.

Other pain which i got from my gp are scratch on my chest bcos they like to climb to my chest and sometimes i dont wear shirt i got scratch at my chest. Their nails are sometimes sharp especially after i cut their nails. Sometimes he eat and pull the hair on my chest. This is also painful, maybe he taught it was hay. Haha. Once when i kiss2 my gp, he pulled the hair of my nose i really shock that time. Haha. After that i trim it.

Normally they bite to tell us something (discomfort, want to poo or pee), they also make sound and moves to tell you something. My female gp always bite me if i hold her after i smoking. Maybe she didnt like cigarette smell. Haha.

Just dont be scared of them, they are small animal even if they bite u, u will not died. Their bite like your gf or mum cubit u when u r naughty.

My gps like to be rub on both side of their cheek/ mouth and like pictures below. Once u got them in your hand try to rub their cheek if they like it they will freeze. There are several places they like to be rubbed u will find it someday.

yes normally use baby shampoo and warm water. Bath to treat infection warm water and cinegar.

have u check your water bottle? Maybe it is leaking.

omg. U didnt read previous post or do research ke? Gp really crazy on cucumber, but they cannot eat it alot coz not good for their stomach and will make them berak cair and u need to clean always. Their main food is hay like alfalfa and timothy etc. Do make research about this pls.

My Abby and her 3 girls live in one cage. Today i have work outside and ask my family to feed them as usual. When i came back about 9.00 pm i found out that Abby leg really weak, her back leg cannot walk. My wife already cried bcoz she saw Abby try to eat but she cannot and both her eyes almost closed like want to sleep. I quickly slice cucumber and salad and put some honey on it and feed Abby. Thank god, Abby recovered. It takes me about 45 minutes to hand feed Abby the amount of food which normally she can finish it in 5-10 minutes. Lastly Abby can walk normally and she get stronger.

I dont know why this happen but I have not feed Abby myself about 2 days but i ask my family to feed them while I feed Ojjo only. It is weird this only happen to Abby while the other 3 gp (Abby's girl) which are in the same cage are healthy as normal and have no problem. Maybe she missed me but i dont know.

Vegetables like salad and cucumber and honey really help in this first aid.

Last time when my female gp Ebi sick and very weak, i took opportunity to trim her tooth. This week i trim other 2 gp's tooth. I think this is very helpful bcoz lately i am very busy and dont have much time to go to vet's clinic to rim their tooth.

Ebi is very very choosy, if she dont like the hay i give to her, she wont eat anything. This is very dangerous man, last time, she dont eat anything until she is very weak, her back leg cannot move only drag, and front leg also very weak, her eyes like very sleepy want to close. My wife already crying seeing her.

Here I just want to remind myself and all guinea pig owners here especially the beginner that if you see your guinea pig back leg is dragged and cannot move most probably it is because the gp is very weak as a result of it dont eat anything after several hours.

If u see this, quickly take the gp outside the cage and hand feed it with fresh and soft vegetables and hay(because it is very weak cannot eat normally, cannot tear and hold the food, must cut the food into small pieces), until it regain energy (can move, can stand, eat normally, quickly, back leg can move) maybe after 30 to 45 minutes.

If dont do this maybe your gp will die from starving. The reason of why the gp dont eat is mysterious because other gp is normal. Maybe the gp is too choosy maybe it miss her owner (in my case maybe these 2 reasons).

Those pictures are for photographs sessions, after that i take only 1 strawberry and sliced it to several pieces. Of all 5 gps, only Ebi like strawberry. She can eat one whole. But, Ebi is the one who is very choosy, i never thought she like strawberry. The other 2 eat very small amount and other 2 dont eat at all after smell. But they all like to eat the green strawberries leaves.

hah truly u r a gp lover. Last time i see a dr, he suggest me to do more cleaning of the cage and shampoo the gps. After two weeks i get back the allergy. If i clean the cage and shampoo the gps weekly may be i dont get allergy.

I have thought to giveup up keeping gps bcoz of the allergy. But after 2 minutes i missed my gps alot.

ok i got it thats why my other 3 gp dont need trimming like. the 2 gp dont eat hay much like they eat fresh vegies and fruit. xavi upload your video la. Maybe i can learn your way.

haha u do the trimming and ask your gf to record or u record your gf do the trimming.
