QUOTE(Juztiny @ Feb 11 2011, 01:50 AM) I have 2 female SOW are now pregnant, and probably due in 2 more weeks. The Peruvian SOW stomach only have 2 babies at most. And the Abbyruvian SOW is 3 babies. Pregnant SOWs drink a lot of water, easily 1.5L a day. Based on my experience, have to constantly feed the pregnant SOW, cannot let them starve more than 8 hours, or else the baby survival rate may at risk, the SOW may have miscarriage! Juztiny, wanna ask you. Based on your experience, normally how long is the gestation period of your female gps? When will they deliver babies?

QUOTE(Juztiny @ Feb 11 2011, 04:21 PM) Gestation period is 60 days for GPs. But normally when you notice its tummy is slightly bulging, near nipple area, it is more likely another 4-6 weeks to go. my female gp is pregnant but overdue. it has been over 70 days. if till this sunday she can't deliver the babies, i need to send her to vet. this is her second pregnancy. for the first one, she didn't need to carry her babies inside tummy for that long.
