oh shit now i know why 3 of my gp had bloody poop. fish bengy pellets im removing them till i get my hagen pellets. In the meantime , im feeding my new guinea pig , named macha , bengy alfalfa and carrots

bengy is ok for hammies.. but pls dont feed it to guinea pig.. they cant tolerate those stuff.. if u wan. living world is also producing them liao.. they are same company as hagen.. price is about the same as well.. alfafa and timothy hay , only buy those tat u smell fresh and no mold.. any brand will do.. as long as no much stick...

^ok. i giving my whole bag of pellets to my hammies haha. my guinea pig is gonna eat cabbage + carrots + alfalfa for this week. can only go to the shop next week

less cabbage more hay.....u can replace cabbage with lettuce, spinach, carrot...some slices of oranges, brussel sprout

have been two months i didnt post anything here. now i have two q.

1. how to keep hay ( timothy and alfafa) fresh? alway fresh and not layu.

2. i will be away to sarawak, my hometown for two months so i cant bring my two little cutest baby... i am going back cause my mum wanted me to practical over there and i get the place to practical already...huhu....so sad need to leave them for a while....so wanted to know what is the best pet care center to take care of them for two months. if possible, near to PJ as i am living there so easy for me to pick them up when i am going back later...


hope to get the answer ASAP...

to keep the hay fresh......keep them in dark, cool place...avoid sun light and warm air .... if possible, u can put inside the fridge

One week after I bought my guinea pig I noticed hair loss around the right eye and the skin is red as if there is a fungus infection. I don't dare to confirm it so I hope someone will give me some advice. Thank you.

for me, it can be either your baby is stress and have the fungus infection. better send to clinic early if you really love him. mine also like that first time i buy him but then i go to clinic and pay RM50 for guinea pig and also hamster. and a lot of medicine....actually only vit c and a vitamin that can add his selera makan lar....

just get some anti fungal cream. u dont really need to visit the vet , i feel sometimes as though they scam people's money. i went to this vet who give me anti fungal cream for free , and another vet charge Rm60 for glucose and anti fungal cream. make sure u give ur gp some glucose to let him ahve some energy

My baby GP (the sole survivor) is growing healthy, so happy to watch him grow

All black fur, glossy round black eyes, he is adorable and very active now hihi. And he (dunno the gender yet actually) like to tail his daddy and mommy.

I plan to put him for adoption, with a adoption fee to make sure i dun give for free just to be neglected. he will be ready in 2 weeks time i guess. anyone interested do PM me k.
