My deceased Sheltie Gucci was having big lump (just like the picture shown earlier) under her throat, the vets said they could not have the courage to operate on her, as the chance of survival is slim during operation. In the end, she was suffering a slow and painful death, her lump burst eventually. sad.gif

Its not that hard.

Guinea pigs like clean enviroment so its best if u clean it frequently.

They dont give out bad smell unless u have bad enviroment for them , that their fur touches their pee then yes smelly

it's not a disease..it's an abscess..Dr say it might be from scratching or got hurt and then got infection.. humans also got abscess..is when it is when pus surrounded by a capsule..i read internet tat it may be from eating course hay..and then got splinter and further on infection..

one male, and one female (Yu Wat)... plan to neuter the newcomer (male), since breeding isnt really an option at this point..

some google results tell me that i should let them fight around.. at least until blood is drawn.. sad.gif

Neutering is as expensive as a long hair guinea pig.. Hehehe.. Fight till blood is drawn.. Tried that doesnt work.. I have experience it b4.. if u started of with two male.. One of them will mounth another 1.. Once the boss is determined ..score is settle.. But once u introduce a female into the game.. The score never will get settle.. U jus got to separate the another male.. As only 1 gp will get the right to mate.. If the another 1 try to mate.. The fight will embroil.. Shed how many blood also no use..

seems today is better.. Yu Wat is more dominant than male.. but do you think nibbling on the ears is alright? he doesnt seem to mind getting nibbled on the ear.. haha they are sharing food as well.. i guess if it can go on for awhile more, they should be okay..

when i watch them fight, i get the feel that my Yu Wat is more of a dominatrix.. haha

I juz bought an abby tri-colour back home =) She looks bigger than my 2 months old short hair, so i guess it shud be around 2 1/2 months..I bathed her the moment she reach home (I think shudnt?) so that she can stay clean hehe..

Juz a doubt, abby's gp fur behind the ears memang quite empty one? Like u can see d skin colour 1? or is it fully covered like shirt hair?

iX3rukia, few weeks more i will take pics and show u hehe. Ur gp and mine stayed happily together, very cute =)
