Build-in Fan Speed RPM controller -- means there are adjustable switch to let you control the speed of Fan, if you feel there are too much noise come out from Fan, then kindly adjust to lower speed as you like. And to save your notebook battery life (due to notebook cooler is taking power from notebook), you can switch it to lower fan speed.
