Normally this is how middleman will charge:
Item bid price + Bank fee (210yen) + Local deliver cost (Range from 120yen to few thousand yen depending on delivery type) + middleman charge (500yen or xx% of Item bid price, vary from different middleman) + shipping (Sal or EMS)

That's why don't buy if overprice. If you buy, you just encourage them to continue selling at high price.
