I know a placed called Toys Paradise at Times Square situated in the IT centre at the lowest floor and they sell the Cyclone bike for around RM135 or below and Rider 1 however you can get it at RM95 at the Graffiti Toys at level 5 too..

That is all i know where you can buy it cheaply and no need to splash a lot of cash..
