Please put some effort into your apps, cause I'm reading them. Always try to impress, lack of effort in apps often tells me a lot about the applicant.

Anyways, reality check. Most of the guild members aren't even geared for 5 man heroics yet, some are still leveling so don't get your hopes up if you want quick raids. This is not the guild for you if you're expecting to get raids from the get-go.

Why need 25 man?

Thought the initial focus was 10 man only
I prefer 10 man, probably won't join the 25 man for sure

No difference between 10 and 25 man except loot quantity. This is not wotlk where there are separate loot/achievements for them

Over-recruiting = more ppl to feed = more headache

We are not a proven guild yet, if the second 10 man group fails, they will want to fall back to the first 10 man group. This is for sure. I have seen it many times already.

Focus on original plan, one 10 man raid + subs.

Don't overplan, later backfire..
