pc -graphic depend on graphic card.
-means more expensive.
-buy games,need to install,sometime got bug.

ps3/xbox-graphic is good enough,but can be modified.
-cheaper because no additional devices needed for newer games.
-put the disc,can play right away,if there's a bug,whole world will have that bug

depend on your budget la.
if you interested in exclusive games,
go for x360 and ps3.

if you're thinking bout long term,
go for pc.
