It seems the community favor Non Pk Channel then since barely anyone in PK Channel

Anyways , I believe they are reffering to developer of RAN Online Contents and not the Copyright to Operate RAN

Simply to say , RAN Online is still Under E-Games but the Content and Development of the game itself is under EX Online now.
