Well, here's what i think about the 3 diff stats of swordies.
Pow = Good in pk-ing
Dex = Good in duel-ing / Killing bosses. (It cancels the boss' skills.)
Int = Good in lvling. (With their def buffs and stuffs.)

Thank god i've quitted this game.

I'm playing the english, the chinese one seems pretty darn famouse i've heard.

Click onto the item, drag it onto the weapon you wish yo upgrade.
Then push right click.
