Most of them does, around the middle part and at the end of the map in your Campus.

To be precise, before you even reach 20s you won't even need an ele weap yet.
When you get your 20s armor you should be able to handle them. Not to forget, bring along your pots

Edit - After i was offline for a few days, the new patch is giving me errors. I can't even stay in game for 10seconds. I keep getting this error thingy in that pic below. Anyone knows how to solve this ? And when i'm inside the game i would be running around for 5 seconds and some window popped out giving me 5 seconds and a "affirm" button there. Click it or wait it's the same outcome. It closes. And this error report appears.

And i got that error out (Finally) it's cause that the new patch doesn't do well with Japanese Locales.
I just set it back to English and it's working just fine now..Blegh.
