Currently there's some Technical problem to connect but you can get in game by doing this. It works for me all the time. At the server Point to connect , when you get The Server Not Responding message , Press ESC and then wait for 10 Seconds. You should be able to go to your character selection page.

Alternate way is to Press Connect and then Press ESC while you are still attempting to Connect after 5 Second and then wait. You should go into the Character Selection page.
