Any "defragmenter" apps?
 My iPhone seems to be facing some slowdowns, despite having cleared off all photos / music / apps / data and sort of reinstalling them into the phone. I have a 16GB 3GS and barely use up half that space. |

Can't find any defragment app. Also, my phone gets really hot for no reason >< thought it's internal HDD at first
