Just followed this forum. Don't know whether this is the correct forum to pose my inquiry. Anyway, I just wanna know if I were to change my current iPhone 4 to iPhone 5, can I transfer apps in iTunes Account to another different iTunes Account for my iPhone 5 and if it is possible, how do I go bout doing it?

I have been using Finger CMS for my house CCTV system. I could access my house CCTV anytime anywhere when I am away from my house to check on my house. It was working extremely efficiently well until I update my iPhone 4 iOS software to latest 6.0.1. Since the update, I cannot access my house CCTV cameras when I am away from my house. I dunno why. Does any forumer here who uses this app face this problem after updating to the latest software? If yes, can you please share your solution? Alternatively, is there another better and superior app to Finger CMS?
