This app is feature in chinese newspaper and its important for emergency situations.

This application is linked directly to Polis Diraja Malaysia Selangor Contingent.
· Coverage Area – Selangor only.
· MyDistress is a platform where rakyat could notify the Selangor police when assistance is required.
· “Personal Alert” is for outdoor use and it tracks your movement.
· “Preset Location Alert” is for indoor use especially in multi storey buildings.
· By hitting the “HELP” button within “Personal Alert” and “Preset Location Alert”, your request for assistance will alert the Selangor Polis and Polis Personnel will be sent to your location.
· ONLY use MyDistress on cases that are Polis issues.
· MyDistress DO NOT tracks your movement or location if NOT activated.

I'm using the default Voice Memos on iPhone. Its works pretty well.

I don't quite get what you mean bro but Free games will always prompt you to "Buy" the full version after playing the trial/lite version. Not sure about an app that works but for cydia tweak, I can recommend Display Recorder. You'll need a JB-ed iPhone and iOS 4.2 above for this.

I've tried finding solutions for this as well but to no avail. No apps can do it and not even cydia tweaks.

Not necessary updates are free although the apps you download are free. The apps is on promotion and you might have downloaded it for free but if the apps released a major upgrade, sometimes they charge for it.

No they don't show the price while you update. I know coz i tried it before and i was charged for the updates in the end.

not sure what you meant bro. I thought you are promnt to insert your id for either free or paid apps downloads. Do you get to choose payment mode? i thought its default to your CC registered along with id
