IGO PRIMO an off line GPS navigation apps, universal for iPad and iPhone is having a promo price of usd9.99.
This app can run free community maps Malfreemaps for Malaysia and navigasi for Indonesia.

I just downloaed the app and tested on my iPad 3G with gps.
Pretty interesting gui and most importantly, No 3G data is needed to run the voice guided GPS Navigation.

can i use US credit card to buy apps in malaysia?

May I ask why u wanna do that since the us app store has more goodies than the Malaysian one? Just curious..

cuz it redirrect to MY store soon i open itunes, and when i try to pay with the credit card, it said pls contact itunes support etc.

however my issue is resolved, i use my MY credit card, and went smooth. now waiting for receipt from apple in for claim submission
