 Sequence for plumbing and electical, - after wetworks?

Shouldn't wetworks be done together with plumbing and electrical(with conduit)?

knocking and building new walls will go 1st, wiring and plumbing will go in the middle of it before they plaster the wall.

i would say plumbing first (since there are 80% of hacking of walls for new pipe) but case on case basis. then wiring.....
