Thanks for opening this thread. This service is not bad, but such practice is really unethical.

They make you enjoy the service free of charge, then later started to silently charge the users?

It is business. If you think that Maxis is cunning, what about Digi?

They did not even send SMS notification if there is any changes at all like auto renewal of the RM15/week internet subscription and the freebies in special packages could be lost without the user knowledge until it is too late.

RM15 compared to RM0.05, I think Digi is far more greedy than Maxis.

That is one of the reason i am very cautious about using Digi's service.

Sometimes, they tend to deduct freebies without the user's knowledge as well.
