TS,
Thanks for opening this thread. This service is not bad, but such practice is really unethical.
They make you enjoy the service free of charge, then later started to silently charge the users?

QUOTE(soul2soul @ Jan 22 2011, 12:03 AM) They already started charging me for my supplementary line today. I have filed a complaint to MCMC just now. This is a classic day light robbery. What about those uncles/aunties who don't understand english or BM well? free money like that lar. Why is maxis getting so cunning lately? Are they that desperate to increase their ARPU? It is business. If you think that Maxis is cunning, what about Digi? They did not even send SMS notification if there is any changes at all like auto renewal of the RM15/week internet subscription and the freebies in special packages could be lost without the user knowledge until it is too late.

QUOTE(prole @ Mar 4 2011, 11:52 PM) I though my Digi Internet subscription will automatically expired after the 7 days of validity. The credit balance is being deducted RM15 without my knowledge on the 8th day. RM15 compared to RM0.05, I think Digi is far more greedy than Maxis. That is one of the reason i am very cautious about using Digi's service. Sometimes, they tend to deduct freebies without the user's knowledge as well.
