I have friends telling me about their Maxis
"system" problem. GPRS / 3G service automatically
activate by themselves periodically. Then later in the
month end, they are charged for it. And not just one
user, a few of them complaining. When report to the
customer service, they say it is the computer problem.
They can't do anything about it.

Please be aware of it, and do report if there are
such cases happening.

That is one of the reason that I left Maxis. mad.gif
I hope Digi is does not have much under their
sleeves. . . . . hmm.gif

Seems the telco are out to make themselves
filthy rich from loyal users like us.

As mentioned, the guys are in different location in
KL & PJ, different phones, brands & models.

Pinching a few cents from users every now and then.

Was a faithful Maxis customer for many years.
But they repay the faithfulness with a big hole in the
