I guess the safest way is to wait for MW3 to come out..
And compares in accordance to your rules..
For example like me, the most important thing is the multiplayer =)
Graphics wise, there wouldnt be a large differences so fair deal..

But as far as i read this thread..
Playing multiplayer on BF3 is much better, as MW3 has no dedicated servers on SEA?
This is such a turn off.. Put in together with the purchases of DLCs, i guess the choice shrink into one already =)
But these are all assumptions..
