open xfire.
go in MW3 theater play
press srclk+v to record
press srclk+v to stop
video is in program file/xfire/video

Open your Vault, open the theater thingy. Play back the demo/gameplay with the hacker, record with fraps. Voila. Unless you turned off your theater recording then susah a bit to show proof.

Upload is still based on your upload speed. Check with speedtest.net

anyway, when recorded with Fraps, use Sony Vegas Pro to compress the video to a smaller size. From 4Gb can reduce to 80Mb @1280x720 man. lol

1) He is on God mode which is only available via dvar/cvar (idk what the fark that is also)
2) He also has no-recoil hack.
3) Search for his game name on Steam Community, can find for sure, then report on Steam forum instead.
