SEAL is a Special Operations Force in the US NAVY, SEAL standing for SEa, Air & Land.
Our equivalent is the PASKAL.

NCIS is a security agency in the US NAVY, NCIS standing for Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Literally the naval CIA.
