Hi all, aparently in the look out for a psychiatrist. Didnt know it was that hard looking for one in Malaysia.

You have to go there & make an appoinment with them if you got outside clinic ref letter.. If not you have to bring the one who need to c psychiatrist to the Hospital Kuala Lumpur outside patients dept.. C the doctor & told the doctor to write you a ref letter to the psychiatrist dept refering to the dr. Phang Cheng Kar.
