I have this greenish or yellowish vertical line on the left of my screen when playing .TS file. But not all .TS file have this.

I'm using K-Lite Codec Pack w/ MPC/WMP icon_question.gif

Info not enough..
Playback the TS with mpc-hc, and press "SHIFT-F10" simultaneously
copy all the info and paste on here.
the info should be look like this:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Could be Dxva related problem or lousy video decoder, FFdshow should be more robust/less error.

Try ffdshow, set it as main decoder for it, but it might be slower than Dxva decoder such as the one comes with windows 7.

Im not sure about klite since i never used it before, if its does include it and if you installed all codecs on klite, the FFdshow shortcut should be appear on the Start Menu > Programs > FFdshow video decoder.

Or it could be the mpeg splitter problem... since i dont know what all the filters you are using. the last resort is try Mplayer, or remux it with mkvtoolnix.
