Buying A N8 - Experience

1. Zitron's don't tamper with me sticker is a big round thing covering the left side near the microusb port, and opening it voids the warranty. They have a lot if dec 2010 set still for sale, colour grey not in stock, znd most popular it seems.

2. There's this rumored turf war between zitron & AVAXX, so much so that they have been dividing territories like old school gangsters, like i take kl, u take pj kind of turf war.

3. Some sets still very buggy, especially 2010 grey/silver ones (two silvers failed multiple attempts at updatingthe software - apps, not firmware).

4. Avaxx don't have no side stickers - however, no spine case provided either by avaxx.

Spine cases came in with the first batch avaxx too, but non with the jan 2010 stamped sets.

I do notice that zitron really oikes sticking stickers on their phones though.

I think this phone give sticker happy people lot of problem. One nokia guy in my hometown insist on sticking his comp sticker, just to differentiate if service time who buys from his shop.

His selling price was way above normal selling price now, so stopped buying from him already.

I have been comparing both using N8 and the Iphone, and the only reason, Iphone is there on top is because of the slick user experience. Speed wise, there is not much difference, but usability?

Typing this on my N8 landscape now, and finding that I have to revise a lot, compared to Iphone 4. No, for some reason, I don't like using swipe, much preferrig two handed typing.

Waitng to see how Nokia implement split keybord.
