i think PR1.1 rel date will be a suprise to everybody. why ? because nokia don't want every body to flock in their server at the same time & jam up their server & at the end fails to deliver the update.
to ease the burden to the servers, they might release multiple minor updates which eventually will makes up the PR 1.1 or release the update when the users least expected. all with the obj to deliver the updates smoothly & preventing user from blaming for not getting the update due to million of users initiate update in a day. is it really 4 mil N8 sold worldwide ?

Or they can splash some money in high end update server providers like Akamai or something and forget about the deluge. Many companies including Micro$oft uses it so I do not see why Nokia can't.
