I just downloaded Social 1.3 update from here http://nmota.messaging.nokia.com/clients/S...1_3_update.sisx and installed to my phone to update the existing version 1.2

No error wor. Maybe because i removed the Social widget from Homescreen before updating it. Everything working fine
if got issue then follow Chan Chan's solution
