you're using the default email app by htc right? I face problem with the active sync too with hotmail active sync, so I use third party email apps call touch down and it works perfectly.. So the problem is with the htc email apps...

it will make no difference.. tried with my desire hd.. android will automatic close the background apps (apps that u use before and pressed back and sent to background) if it needs extra memory for the new launch apps..

but the price is high.. more 400mah but the price more about rm100.. i rather take eneloop.. more over im more confident towards sanyo than this egear..
