“Phone finder" is currently disabled. For security reasons, go to your phone to enable this feature in Settings >> Location >> Phone finder.
i already tick the phone finder on my DHD, but it still doesnt work? do i have to change or set anything else? |

Yeah, finally my htc sense worked fine. Can ring my phone, and it show accurate location. i love my DHD.

Actually, if i perm root my DHD, whats the benefit i get or what apps should i have? I dont really need to flash custom rom coz all i need is enough with stock rom. Any1 can share?

Is there any members here using battery with 1500mAh or 1800mAh or more?
What brand are u using? Is it fit perfectly with DHD? Not thicker or whatsoever? Please share, i'm planning to buy one. Thanks. |

Does any1 experience this, pls share.
I copy some movies and tv series and songs on my sd card estimately total size is 4gb+ Suppose my sd card will left around 3gb+ And then, i deleted my movies and tv series size around 3gb+ Suppose i should have 6gb+, but it show i only have 3gb+ It seems like i havent delete the movies and tv series. Is there any correct way to delete files from sd card? |

Need advice.
Ok guys, im done with permaroot and radio S-Off. Now i restart the phone and hold - vol button to check. Next, i just need to fastboot? And then next, s-off rite? Should i repeat the steps from rooting or just continue this . Time for next step! 2) Install engineering version of HBOOT to get S-Off 2.1) Download sfjuocekr DHD script for flashing HBOOT from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=835746 2.2) Unzip it and copy it to Your SDCard (It's important that You have on Your SDCard root directory with name DHD and all files inside this directory. Rename DHD-smart folder on Your SDCARD to DHD. 2.3) Run Terminal Emulator 2.4) Type su 2.5) Type "sh /sdcard/DHD/check (Please be aware that You have to type "sh" in front of command) 2.6) If everything went OK type sh /sdcard/DHD/backup 2.7) If this also went OK proceed with sh /sdcard/DHD/hboot This command will install engineering hboot which have S-Off turned off. |

Hi guys,
i've done with the radio s-off, eng s-off, flash cwm, and now the backup parts. i clicked backup current rom via rom manager app and i click ok. then there is option: - reboot system now - apply sdcard:update.zip - wipe data/factory reset - wipe cache partition - backup and restore - mounts and storage - advanced - ++go back++ how do i know im done with my backup? do i need to click any of option above? _________________________________ Edit: found it. If you want a clean install, scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" (this step is recommended but not always required)
Is this step necessary before flashing custom rom? What will be wipe if i do this step? |
