add me to list Bro Cynox. being a DHD user for almost 1 month. pm-ed johnkor 3 times but didnt add me to list.

ok, happy user list updated.    wow... still got so many "new" users. 

finally got my in-car phone holder after weeks of delay.  It is universal generic type but I think it is not bad.  Hold my Desire HD firmly on the windscreen - tried pull it with my hand with some force but it hold on to the windscreen tightly.

Hi Guys..have a problem here...

Im using Celcom data package basic m38..
the problem is my data connection cant reach till HSDPA..before my DHD restart suddenly ( I'll also donno y suddenly it automatically restart my DHD n the important thing is all my data was gonee...everything including wat i have inside the memory card)...then i factary reset..thne my connection cant reach HSDPA. but before this occur...the data went smoothly..don have any prob at all...

please help me here..
i called Celcom careline also..
no use..
he ask me to change others phone..
n when i try it..
yup..
no prob at all..
can reach 3G also...(my others phone dont have HSDPA)...

Hehe...but actually before my HP restart auto n makes all my data gone...most of the time it can reach HSDPA...im afraid some of the setting on DHD that i didnt change yet..thats y im asking solution here...

Before this i read some of the forumers here said if change to GSM only it can makes the battery last longer...
Thats y i used GSM...

Conclusion : Dont change the Network Mode even though u want to make the battery last longer..heheh..

16G not enough trust me, games files is huge + later you will snap photo, video, songs, prawn , .. video... must go for 32G liao.

Hello to all awesome DHD owners! i've been using for more than a month and fell in love with it. I was about to ask it to marry me until some problem came up last week with the SD card. i dunno if any of you have this problem, SD card is damaged/undetected, and it prompts me to reformat it.

I've tried googling this problem and it seems to be a common problem among other users as well. anybody found a solution here?

I got my HTC Sence Working. Try this bro

1. Turn on my mobile data.
2. Sync my HTC Sense in my DHD
3. Ring From HTC Sense website (works)
4. I update my location in my DHD
5. Sync my HTC Sense in my DHD again
6. HTC Location is working (showing my phone current location)

*Conclusion - Must have internet on your mobile to work + must sync your HTC Sense account

shud i include +6 into the phone number?

Mine shown that initially too, guess is the default view. Then what i did i went location and update my location and resync my HTC Sense on DHD. After the sync is completed i can view my phone location.

Something to share with you guys.

I was looking for a decent video player to play smooth 720p video, with supported formats like mkv, mp4, flv etc..

I came across the apps listed below and like to comment a bit of it.

Rockplayer 4/5
I use rockplayer for a week now, overall quite satisfied, not until I found that it doesn't playback some of my flv files which do not support hardware decoding. Try playing them with software decoding results in lagging and out of sync.. playing hd  mp4 was great though.
another thing is I can't set screen brightness in rockplayer.. 

QQplayer 2/5
Slow in playing back flv and hd mp4.
Uninstall it the next minute.

flv player 2/5
Plays flv videos better than rockplayer, controls are extremely small.
Other video formats are supported. Performance is noticeably poorer.

Playback my flv videos flawlessly on first try. Then I try with the hd mp4 that I downloaded.
The result was disappointing one. Very lag in playing back hd videos.
I thought that I'm out of luck and just about to give up, I looked into the setting page and notice the "Hardware Codec First"
so I gave it a try, and guess what?
My hd videos now manage to play perfectly! No sound sync problem or experience any lags during the playback!

YAY my dad just booked for me DHD @ Leisuremall SenQ. But the car charger no more stock so the offer no more only the bluetooth headset. But it doesnt come with the Micro sd wor. I tot its suppose to come wit it?
