i am using visionary myself also..
follow the step and 99.99% you wont be screwed...

on leedroid 1.5.1....
cpu max at 1152 and min 245 smartass governer.....any nice setting to share?

Cynox bro can work on DHD v8 d...haha.....

1) Install VISIONary+ to DHD..
2) Open VISIONary and pick TEMPROOT NOW..
3) In VISIONary also, pick ATTEMPT PERMROOT NOW.. (enable SU)

4) Do S-OFF process..

7) Boot into RECOVERY (via ROM MANAGER)..
8) Do NANDROID BACKUP first (b/up default ROM)

shud be correct...
u can use ur rom manager to select backup rom as well...but it is also the same with choosing backup in recovery...
