i flashed to revo 2.0.6 rom with just radio s-off (no eng s-off). so now if i wanna flash a new kernel / other ROMs / radios need to revert back to stock ROM to do eng s-off first rite? cant just do eng s-off using the current revo 2.06 rom rite? jz wanna make sure so i dun brick my phone during CNY.

Guys, one day in LeeDroid already. with the recommended radio, it's much better than i expected, and for sure, better than Stock ROM.

flashed it yesterday night and after everything was done, it left about 80%.

Oh ya, i'm in SmartAss with 1.2Ghz.

today with some phone calls, sms, games, WIFI, + showing off to ip4's friends, now it still left with 20%. so, really, it's better.

i dont know about revoHD actually, hope somebody can share with it.

bro, so just use nandroid from cwm to flash to stock rom rite ? be4 that use titanium to backup apps and mybackup root to backup data and settings rite ? mind to share wat guide u followed to do eng s-off ? u flashed to recommended radio ?

i m radio s-off and on 2.0.8, some sifu here guided me to flash radio but found tat my eng hboot is not up to date n i must update tat as well but this could brick my phone as stated by the sifu.tats y i stopped there. u encountered this be4 ?

btw, hows the Y5 battery saver works ? i dont use wifi much, so is it useful for me ?

i've been thinking bout doing that as well..but too lazy to do backup~ hehe~ but oddly other apps i can install..just the ones i used to have or currently having, cant reinstall or update..well, if tis persist, i'll do a hard reset

2.system rom using ( rom manager)
3. copy all the thing in sd to pc

hmm. might be a different problem from mine - but u could always the disk defrag solution as a last resort. good luck! 

Just fyi defragmenting an sd card or any solid state memory for that matter is a waste of time and will only reduce the life of the card.

Defrag is done on a magnetic hdd in order to make files contiguous because the spindle on the drive had to physically move across the drive. So if the files are complete in one section of the drive the spindle doesn't have to move back and forth all over the drive just to access one file. Obviously in this scenario it is much better to defrag.

In the case of sd cards, etc, there are no moving parts. The controller for these devices can sequentially access data on opposite sides of the flash memory with almost no delay between read and write operations. In practice it is the amount of throughput the controller can handle and the size of the data bus which determine how quickly these devices can read/write.

To defrag a flash device is not wise because each cell part on the memory can only be written to a finite number of times. By defragging a flash device you move data about unnecessarily and use up the lifetime of the flash.
