Why you need two AMEX?

My TP from the cancelled Ikhwan AMEX has been transferred to my Maybankard2 AMEX.

But under TP summary, both Maybankard2 AMEX/Visa are still showing 0 even though there's point showing in the individual details. Anybody knows why?

But Maybankard2 AMEX is not even under MR loyalty programme.

Seem like it has been rectified. TP for Maybankard2 AMEX/Visa are shown under summary page.

They have removed my Ikhwan AMEX from M2U. All transfers are completed.

But on that day during the conversation with CS, I also requested them to remove my old Visa from M2U. That card has been cancelled for more than 2 years for god sake!

I redeemed at Carefour before. No PIN required.

The procedures are the same as you perform a redemption at Maybank CC centre at Maybank Tower or 1U.

They will ask you to fill a redemption form.

Then ask for your card and use a reading machine like the card machine to check/adjust the TP.

It has been stated clearly.

I don't think that is called transfer. It's more like redemption or conversion.

MBB2 AMEX is issued by Maybank, Ikhwan AMEX is issued by Maybank Islamic and AMEX Gold CC is issued by AMEX Malaysia.

The 15% cashback campaign from December 2010 to February 2011 is entitled to all AMEX issued by Maybank and Maybank Islamic excluding Corporate AMEX cards.

Maxis CENTRE accepts AMEX for plan signup and whole payment (not installment) for mobile phone purchase like Iphone4.

I don't think so since both of them are under Maybank Group.
