Parquet refurnish... Part of my house parquet has been damaged... I dunno how to explain.. Anyone has good contractor who also involved in parquet repairing?

The wood is soft.. i can press my finger onto the wood.. and it swollen..
Part of the wood is raised.

Any one please help?
