sure u can.. if u know how high u wanna level ur mudguard..
moreover.. for me.. its same whether u use stabilizer or not if u know how to handle ur bike carefully..

at last i know why that instant brake happen to my bike..
it is because there are no gap between my mudguard n my stabilizer and my tyre..
the road at cameron quite bumpy.. so when drive at bumpy road..
the tyre press the mudguard toward my stabilizer.. just like brake calliper function..
tyre + stabilizer = brake pad.. mudguard = disk..
so that conclusion i can make just now after i check my stabilizer.
so if im not using stabilizer.. sure this xcdent will not happen..

yup.. either use aftermarket mudguard or not using stabilizer..

take out fender? its still consider as modified..
u change the condition of the bike..
but its depends on jpj.. if they caught u.. u know how to play the words..
sure they just give u letter to ask u to put back to normal condition..
then bring ur bike to jpj to do inspection..
that what happen to my friend..

my brake feels normal.. already press my brake many times.. normal..
yup.. it takes time to brake makan.. depends on how fast i drive..

some say if lowered fork need to change the fork oil or change the spring..
to avoid when u hit hole later ur mudguard will hit the T-fork..

if sunday.. u may watch superbike play at genting sempah there..

im cant give answer now..

just use once go to fraser hill..
but forgot use wat route.. just followed friends

btw my lc also super duper stock and slow bike..
