sometimes people made me confuse. sweeper are the last man far behind rite? on the other hand, some told me sweeper are the side marshall (commonly known as 'pagar). which one is true?  blink.gif
*
sweeper is the last man..so it will sweep the road..leaving no 1 behind..
pagar/marksman/side marshall is people who star in the center..in case leader block the road(junction, traffic light),when marksman arrive, leader will continue to the front(for leading) and marksman will continue block the road..till sweeper arrive..

understood... =) the marksman will takeover the leader's turn of blocking the cars until almost the end of line right...? then only the sweeper took over.. =)
*
yup..sweeper just make sure no1 left behind and if anything happen..it is sweeper on action

QUOTE(EyraYus @ Feb 14 2011, 08:30 PM)
I love to be a sweeper. Thats is where i'm always at in convoy. But we need a bike that is more powerful so it can easily reach the leader just in case.
*
Naked bike FTW!
also u must have a good response, concentration and handling..
maybe if i managed to sell my monster, will go for KTM superduke R or Duc streetfighter..

chain much ligther.. pick up increases. since im using stndart engine.. using rkm 428 15/36..
my pick up is decreases.. climb hill feels like turtle much faster..
*
but bigger chain have better strength and durability...so if u ride ur LC revving and dropping gear like u are racing..better use bigger chain..
reason why i use 428 O-ring RK chain..coz always do late braking+engine braking..

guys..izzit any different with chain 415,428 n et.cetera..
can someone or anybody have any knowledge regarding this n tell me da differences..need help here smile.gif
*
compare normal chain but different sizes (415 normal with 428 normal, non O-ring)
smaller(415) is lighter, require less force to move(provided it has the same lubrication) while the larger 1(428) is a lil bit heavy but more robust and can tolerate a larger force(engine braking, powerful acceleration)

the water level is rigt belo the seat. the water didnt reach the tank. after the flood have gone, i tried start the bike using the elec starter, and it wont start up. after that tried the kickstarter and its jammed.dind move at all.

for the first repair, the oil and oil filter, air filter is changed.
air filter have been change. that time the water is so full in it that you can keep a school of in it..
for engine oil, when changed, the first thing that goes down is water and the then the engine oil.the water and oil dont mix up with each other.
for battery, before the flood i already took it out.

for second time repair in order remove the hiccup, the carburetor are cleaned up and really did found mud in the bowl in the carburetor.
all cleaned up but the hiccup is still there.

is there for any chance that changing the eo once again might make a difference?
*
full engine cleaning required..
block, head and engine had to be opened and cleaned from any water..include the oil filter place..

2)the raider tak sayang nyawa sendiri n penumpang ...

temporary lose grip on the rear..rider try to counter steer..hence wobble and the bike will throw u or u hit the wall 1st..

btw..becoming a Marshall means u have to learn how to fully concentrate on the road the whole time and learning how to be aware of ur riding and other convoy members..it is hard and dangerous..better for experience riders to take on the job..i will go on my second safety riding course and marshall course on 18 and 19 mac..

The timing = ur bike sound of each gear when hit certain rpm. Each gear hv diff ratio so u can only base on ur riding style of playing the gear. Tht's wht I learn from my foreman, FYI my 3 rd gear can play till 120 km/h on my meter & the sound of it still can Tarik more. Tarik more = play ur rpm till be4 it reach it's peak of each gear.
*
that is the use of dyno..finding where is ur max torque, max hp and u can set ur shift point...

QUOTE(thianz @ Feb 23 2011, 11:20 AM)
WALAU !!!!!!!! rm 1650 !!!!!!!!!!! got wat so spacial oh .. .24mm only !!!
*
for Rm800 u can get mikuni(same design) TM28 (28mm..rocks..also flatslide) tuned by sudco from palex..

QUOTE(alexei @ Feb 23 2011, 12:30 PM)
the yoshi carb same material as standard carb, but comes with a dual velocity stack, a SPECIAL perforated jet needle, and full set of jets.
TZM carb too big lah. RXZ 26mm so ok, but jet definitely need to change for 4-stroke, harder to tune for noobs.
Better look for 4-stroke 26mm carbs. Example, Belang-R. smile.gif

RGV only 20mm, some more exhaust port so small... In theory, I think you all should just modify cam, change carb jet... can achieve good performance liao.
If it were me, I'd go for low profile cam with slightly more overlap. Increase compression. smile.gif
*
hurm..nouvo LC use 26mm carb..with TPS sumore..currently i'm trying to find 1..

QUOTE(thianz @ Feb 23 2011, 02:27 PM)
Haizz ... The pipe sedap below 120 ... After tht kurang sedap thn stock pipe ...
*
maybe lack back compression on high RPM..so lacking fuel in combustion chamber on top..so explain why u lose top speed..solution..re-jet ur carb..

It's a pumper carb, not a slide carb. Better not. Come to think of it, Belang-R uses same carb, without TPS I think.
*
but still..26mm is better than 22mm mikuni vm22 on ur LC..

Better if it's in good condition. Referring to DansMC website, pumper carb when it dies, he could never fix one - even after changing EVERYTHING. My usual mechanic mentions the same thing. This means the carb cannot be tuned properly. Better just get a VM26.
*
carb is not that easy to die..
