QUOTE(vaizard @ Feb 7 2011, 11:42 PM) guys... how to know our chasis is 'lari' or not? straighten the bike double stand, from far, squat down and look from front tyre to the rear tyre. The tyre wall should match on both sides.

Use 415 lah, whole set. 415 are narrower, so the sprockets cannot use 428 chains... so make sure you keep your stock sprockets if someday you decide to buy O-ring chain. O-rings are usually sold separately. I'm using DID Japan 428 normal chains on capalang sprockets.

I dunno about you guys, if I travel in a car, with aircon under hot sun... after a while I actually feel dizzy. Not the sleepy type, but feel sick. Even sometimes on weekends, just going out for grocery or lunch and back in the afternoon, I'll feel that way. Not if I ride bike, or be in the car with the windows down...

QUOTE(bizzy123 @ Feb 19 2011, 09:50 PM) Ahhh I wan the exhaust!!! XD Guys Faito got 1 special crankshaft for lc which is able to jack up for +- 3.5mm which is able to stock LC become 150cc+, there r some question for this crankshaft jack up, what does jack up meant??? Push the piston higher??? Does it mean we will have higher compression??? And will it hit our valves??? Tis is a way to increase the stroke and hence we get more cc rite??? Then wif this crankshaft we ma will hv even undersquare engine lo??? you're right - it push piston higher, and downstroke lower. If use stock cylinder, will increase compression. May even hit the engine head.

@Aaron: Wah, 7 mm jack rod ah... that's a lot even for RGV some more rev high. His piston ring should be the first one to go.
Next week TT I should be ok... I hope we do it lah... 2 months no TT, my hormone not balance liao.

For optimum power, design engine (block, cam, valve, piston, carb, exhaust, gearing etc), dyno for the curve, and use an oxygen sensor for optimum combustion... very easy only.

Have you all been to First Avenue Parkson next to Komtar Penang? Notice how shiny and reflective the floor tiles are? If you bring female friends there... tell them don't wear skirt.
Added on February 23, 2011, 10:25 amSince zelk and Aaron wanna be sweeper, I will sweep the sweeper??? Since you all want the smoky bike at the back.

the yoshi carb same material as standard carb, but comes with a dual velocity stack, a SPECIAL perforated jet needle, and full set of jets. TZM carb too big lah. RXZ 26mm so ok, but jet definitely need to change for 4-stroke, harder to tune for noobs. Better look for 4-stroke 26mm carbs. Example, Belang-R. RGV only 20mm, some more exhaust port so small... In theory, I think you all should just modify cam, change carb jet... can achieve good performance liao. If it were me, I'd go for low profile cam with slightly more overlap. Increase compression.

QUOTE(fredericktke @ Feb 23 2011, 01:14 PM) Easy to spray actually. Must use sandpaper - the quality is far better than just spray paint without sanding because the paint can 'wet' the surface better. Even matte black also will be nice.

@UncleCheang: that's a different story... that one can happen everywhere. In my case, it's the reflection through the floor tiles. Even the Queensbay Mall cineplex also I warn my female friends about it. Do not stand on the black tiles. For those engine semput x2, read this - 4stroke jetting tips: http://www.4strokes.com/tech/4sjetting.asp

@bizzy: After I read that, I'm quite scared to tune a 4-stroke carb some more, esp since I could barely tune my own 2-stroke, and that there are users who thinks that 2-strokes are easier to tune. I will try have a look at the plug, but that one need to remove RHS cover set. I don't have the plug opener for LC, make sure you have urs. I will be the tuner, you be the rider to tell me the throttle response, ok? Btw, what is your latest FC? So can compare on TT day with new exhaust.

That's a freak accident, some more with a not so smart driver not helping but blocked the road causing the 2nd accident.
From what I can see, the accident happen cause the surface of the road is uneven, there is a ditch or parit in the middle of the road...
