in this case, i think the person who can help u is urself, but dont put high hope to get ur phone again coz
u can see at dispute thread ,that mostly dispute case involve wth junior/new member ended up for nothing.

next time or later just deal with senior member/person who got successful trade-list. probability they want to cheat u is less or equal to zero.

and dont deal wth new member/junior/person who got no trade list. coz percentage u kena con is high more or equal to 100.

u can find shahrudin at the address provided.. bring the screenshot of the pos laju tracking website and show to him. ask him about it.

got another 1 number left:

find back ur poslaju slip and go make a police report.
i belive ic at poslaju slip can goes wrong coz posman did not ask for ic if send to house/apartment/etc.
we can write wrong number. unless reception take it at post office.

maybe TS(Mohamad Faizuddin Bin Hashim) send to the address given..

and The Conner (Muhd Aizat) not there when parcel arrived..

so receiver (Shahrudin) sign the form and leave the ic number so it will be at poslaju tracking system

so receiver (Shahrudin) give the parcel to The Conner (Muhd Aizat)

and then The Conner (Muhd Aizat) start playing his game..he just send to TS(Mohamad Faizuddin Bin Hashim) the travel charger

because TS(Mohamad Faizuddin Bin Hashim) believe 100% to The Conner (Muhd Aizat) without take any details as backup for postage deal

maybe receiver (Shahrudin) and The Conner (Muhd Aizat) is same person or they help each other (out of my investigation)..lol

sympathy with u TS(Mohamad Faizuddin Bin Hashim) coz u also familiar with me when bidding my item..but, next time u must be more careful to do postage deal..

By not filing a police report, you're only sending message that you're willing to accept your loss.

Why you don't wan report police? Scared after report police will get hit by victim or what? Apis and codex can help you but you dont wanna co-operate.

WHY we ask you to report police?
Ans: So the victim maybe will be worried/scared a little and his name will get blacklisted.

WHY is it so important for a police report?
Ans: So the police have a copy of the conman con doing's so its easier for them to refer in the future.

WILL the police help me?
Ans: Not now but time will tell.

THEN WHY need to report?
Ans: Read my 1st question.

WHAT do i need to report him?
Ans: Bring all your prove your have. When you send your phone you have a Poslaju slip right, bring it over as evidence. Bring his IC picture there, bring everything you have to the police station to make your report.

WILL the police ask many question?
Ans: Yes, but all is regarding your con case and nothing else.

WHAT do i do after police report?
Ans: Keep the copy of police report and tell the conman about it. Trust me, refund will directly come in order to clear his name.

WHAT if the conman threaten me?
Ans: Even if he will, he cant do a freaking thing about it since police know who's the good and bad guy here.

HOW long will the police take to take action?
Ans: Just make the freaking report or GTFO!

Nice one... It is very important to do a police report so they will have a statistic that this kind of crime is exist and increasing.

I had friend of mine which were pick pocket victim. i told him to lodge a police report. he refused to do so because he thought he will not get the wallet back whatsoever.
it may true the wallet and anything inside may not be recovered. but by doing the report the police will alert.

try to talk properly laa between u and seller. don't simply come here and post somebody private information online. i know u are in some trouble. but there are a lot of possible thing can happen and we only hear is story from ur side. it does not mean that seller is guilty coz we also dunno his story. if having trouble contacting the buyer, then the best thing to do is to lodge a police report with all those information you have. come and do panic here also nobody can help you. this is online forum summore .. not a best place to solve this kind of problem
