If still got warranty, i think you can get a replacement for it...else, can check out Mobile Shops for repairs but sure gonna cost a lot sad.gif

Personally I think it might be better if u brought it in to Samsung for repair...even if u have to pay for it. At least you'll have some peace of mind.

Hmm...that's a tricky question...I think to be safe you should probably back up your data and unroot your phone.

I think Samsung should replace it for you...even if you have to pay, better do it rather than take to some backlane lowyat shop with dodgy characters who will 'potong' your phone, take out all the ori stuff and put in cheap china made parts.

crack screen normally not covered by warranty. But like others said, better send it back to Samsung for replacement even if you need to pay.

you dont have to unroot for hardware issue like this since normally manufacturer treat hardware and software issue separately.
but if it's not a hassle, i dont see why u shouldnt just unroot it smile.gif

and i can see that u are ready to pay for the damage, so it's best for u to send ur screen to samsung straight away. based on my experience with samsung, they can change the lcd in just 1 hour, as long as they have it in stock.

and by sending to Samsung, u wont void other parts warranty since removing the screen needs removal of other parts.
