eh ZX.
razer just debuted a new mouse at WCG.
the Krait.

user posted image

1600 dpi, optical sensor (not laser or infra red or whatever), and only the typical 3 buttons.
so its gonna be relatively cheap.

sounds and looks like a viper with a new matt black finish and diamondback sensor.

comes out next month.

got my Logitech G5 recently, very happy with the performance. Previously, i was using the MX510.. G5's laser tracking 2000dpi sensors, dpi switching-on-the-fly, adjustable mouse weight (or you can leave out the weights and make it super-light) brings it on par if not better than the best Razer out there. thumbup.gif

But i feel that the Logitech's build quality wins it for me, also the Razer Copperhead felt a bit small on my palm (although i have an average sized hand). It doesn't have the fancy colored lightings, but hey i use the mouse for gaming not to stare at it tongue.gif

i bought my G5 mouse while i was in Taiwan recently, that was how i had a 'test drive' of the latest Razer Copperhead also.. smile.gif

got mine for around RM230. Locally, i think the G5 retails for around RM299 but i think you can bargain the price some more.. or maybe check out the Bulk section..

I think what they have at Low Yat you can get in Singapore, it's pretty much up to date here in terms of peripipherals. THough I'm curious if the Logitech G15 keyboard is avaialble yet. Anybody?

nah you cant get high end accessories at lowyat.

those high end stuff that move fast like gfx cards, soundcards etc of cos can.

but stuff like keyboards, mouses etc, not really.

theres a new everglide keyboard which sounds quite good, retails at USD39.99.
also cant get any nice gaming headsets here also.

just bought the Logitech G7 Laser Cordless mouse last saturday during the PC Fair
it's NiCe....very smooth...and not to heavy for Cordless class
got 2 batteries...so no need to scared if the battery is low
then just change to another battery...and can charge at the same time
i already tried to use the mouse from more than 5meters distance
and it's still work
i love this mouse thumbup.gif
