You know something is wrong when the most like-able character in an entire game is the char that dont speak much

On a side note, the FF13VS combat does resemble those in Kingdom Hearts , except a more matured version.

Though the Menu is too colorful for such a ... dark themed game, dont you think?

It is strictly an offline game, aka Single Player .

I believe FF13 VS will be much better as the entire game is directed by Nomura
( No offense but he seems to be the only person that remains in Square Enix that can make great game , Parasite Eve 3 on PSP was a fantastic example )

As for FF13-2 , hopefully they really do listen to the players.

Cant wait the DL the entire FF13 VS trailer in HD! 2 more days to go...

My notes on the FF13 VS Trailer :

Noctis 's voice is nice , not too young, not too old, and most importantly not too Emotional.

Sadly the Girl is still not voiced, yet.

My mistake on the colorful fonts problem, it seems like it was cause by the lighting of the Camera .

The fighting scenes are extremely impressive to watch . I cant forget about the game tonight...

From a business point of view , a game company do what they can to earn the most money, even if they have to betray their fans. Company could not stay alive from just making great game.




But I do understand your frustration , SE has not been keeping up to their promise.

The Star Ocean 4 exclusivity was a joke, it ends up the 360 was getting a beta test version.
And the Star Ocean franchise got all the more popular on Playstation consoles , yet they suddenly wanted to make the 4th one exclusive ? Where 95% of the owner never even heard of it?




Whether if FF13 VS will stay exclusive or not , will not concern me.
I believe everyone that has posted in this topic has owned a Playstation 3 , and all the more FF13 performs dramatically better on PS3 as well.


Even if it went cross platform, we will still buy the game on PS3 .

I am extremely in the mood of FF13 VS now , and I have suddenly forgot all the other RPG I have played in my life 5 minutes ago when watching the trailer for the 999th time [ joking ]

I dont mean to make you angry :0 , but putting 2 Voice languages files of FF13 in 1 single Bluray seems not very possible, do you know why?


Because we have all forgot about 1 very important aspect , the LIPS SYNC !

If they have to put 2 languages, they would need to make 2 x video for every single cutscene, and 2 CGI trailer for every cg movie in the game, I doubt they can fit everything in 1 blu ray.

They did not announce any date yet.

But there is always speculation ,
Judging from the demo they shown just now , the battle system already have a base model. Even the cutscenes and character designs , whats remaining are the lips sync, voice over, content extension , story adjustment..


Japanese Release might see it within 2011-2012 and Oversea would have to wait until 2012 +
