KPOC is actually a JV between Petronas, Shell & ConocoPhillips.

Most of the people are either on contract basis or seconded from parent company (shell, petronas & conoco).

seems like a good company tho..

currently working for them for KBB topsides project.

KPOC was my client. donno about the working environment there but the pay is pretty decent for a smaller o&g company i must say. they are already implementing SAP and it's done by AXON if im not mistaken coz i chatted with a guy there when i visited their office last year.

Of course that occurs in most of oil & gas co, and if it's permanent position. No words. In Shell @ SAP dept and perm position it took 3hours with all sorts of questions you could think of And for 3rd party contract 30min - 45min depending on your position.

Anyone in KPOC doing SAP you're welcome in here to share :-)

hi guys. I just recently found out about KPOC.

A colleague of mine kept saying that the pay there is quite good.

I am an auditor for a Big4 btw. Looking to get out of this miserable life

It is a good PSC to join, however it is not easy to be one of their employees.. Even the requirements look simple, it'll be more than that..
As for potential employee.. you need to understand more on PSC culture, the company operation requirement.. as for minimum requirement, i believe you need to have at least working experiences with PSC in Malaysia.. but no harm to try.. wink.gif
