I read a comment in the Propwall (http://www.propwall.my/answers/1060/d-rapport-klcc-jalan-ampang-delay) regarding this project:

"This project D’Rapport is built by the same group under Acmar International which is infamous for their many stalled/delayed projects (for more than 12 years, eg. BBK shopping mall & Acmar International Hotel which is visible on the right-side of the highway to Klang) in Bandar Baru Klang.

Their subsidiaries I presume, Perspektif Masa Sdn Bhd has blacklisted in KPKT.Buyer muse beware, all these errant developers can always have different subsidiary company. So many of them,putra impiana is developed by their company name, usahasama sdn bhd. It will be blacklisted or not?Some more they failed paying compound, it means the tribunal court has given the judgement that this errant developer to pay the LAD, they didn't pay.

Last time the Klang abandoned building is also by them?

I thought the developer was in financial difficulty since ages ago... and then they say they brought foreign investor in lah.. blah blah blah

Such a waste for this prime location.

Yeap, VP-ed last year apparently for the Tower that I visited. Since this project has been revived on and off, it is not entirely new upon VP and that is clearly showing due to it's poor maintenance of the common areas. The fit-out of the unit (fully furnished) is also rather outdated. What a pity, given it's such a big project and rather grand, but poorly maintained. It has the space and facilities, all right there, completed, just not maintained properly.

Fair bit of water features are not switched on, some are left empty without any water inside. There's a see-through glass swimming pool which is also totally empty with thick layers of mud/dirt seen inside. Truly sad sight.

And maintenance won't be easy as there are many unsold units.

55c psf maintenance. Over 1k per month for this 2000 sqft unit. This white elephant is really dated and not in good condition. Why no balcony for such an upmarket unit? How much is it selling for?

Yeah, a pity it doesn't have a balcony. 55c psqft for maintenance is madness given how bad it is maintained. RM1.98mil for this 2,238sqft unit. There were quite a number of maintenance workers loitering around doing now, sitting around and chatting, when I was there.

Common walkway paths where people regularly walk were littered with cigarette butts and dead insects.

Actual condition is a stark contrast vs pictures/renderings in their shiny brochure.

This project was to con other mainlanders judging from the developer. This price point 900+ psf and such large build ups I don’t know if the local affluent market will touch. They need to clean it up and conduct an aggressive overseas marketing road show.
