i bought 2 unitsof DEKA water heater about 1 year plus now. those water heaters have given me nothing but problems. during warranty period, i called up DEKA for 5 times. one unit heats water the water too much wheareas the other, like couldnt heat water at all. the 'SILENT' pump is totally rubbish, even my deaf grandmother can hear the pump's noise. my USER ADVICE, DONT GET DEKA UNLESS U LIKE PROBLEMS!

I juz oder DEKA water heater last week. Not sure what model it is but it complete with pump and shower. They juz install it last 2 days. The pump is too noisy and can woke my parents from a sleep. Haissh! Tonight my family complain that water heater not functioning. I col the dealer CIMA LIGHTNING and they will arrange onsite service next week. After tiaw him they agree to repair it tomorrow. But its not directly from DEKA. The servce is from the dealer technician it self. I want report to DEKA servce centre but there is no address in the warranty card. They juz put a phne num only. I reaaly piss off with the product and servce. Can i make complain and get my right to PUSAT HAK PENGGUNA?

Ya. I also have the same issue here. Bought 5 units of Deka water heater with pump few months ago after renovating my house. 2 units out of 5 already not functioning. Sigh...they really need to do some research and QC before they release the product into the market. Feel so annoyed and disappointed with their poor quality product. Never want to use their product again in the near future.

Shud have come lowyat.net before buying this. Bought end of last year. Shop owner also says very good, no complain. If have problem just bring it back... Just move in new house, use no more than 2 months.

I don't have any personal experience with Deka water heater, but as I read the comments above it seems the heaters are not properly installed. After reading for all those comments I suddenly got to remember about the heater, my sister installed last year. The place where they installed it was getting water stain mark all over the wall. So she wanted to change the place of the heater and wanted to repair a few things, so she contacted the Heater repair Goleta for helpful hints. Likewise, you can also contact them through their website and get a solution over heater repair.
