no, 2.4 is still for single core... Google brings in the optimizations in Honeycomb to smartphones, so that dual core optimized apps can run on single core efficiently...

and Arc uses Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255, that's a single core...

LG Optimus 2X uses Tegra 2, but runs 2.3...

i manage to poison all of my friends wanting an iphone into an android. even my dad wants to get rid his blackberry for android. my aunts also want to buy an android, and i recommend wildfire since its her budget. haha... but of all people i poisoned, my girlfriend is using iphone 4!

I just showed some apps/launcher than can be other OS, i let my phone become a windows phone 7(using Metro UI), become iphone(using iClone and MIUI) and become android itself(launcher pro is the way to go). i customize them to the max to look the coolest and i ask, can iphone do these things? they responded, wow cool~~ nuff said. even my girlfriend caught with android's awesomeness. Just that she doesnt prepare to let go her iphone 4 yet.
i dont know bout windows phone 7 but windows 6.5 sucks! i heard windows phone 7 is nice though. but when you compare the freedom, dont you think WP7, iphone and blackberry OS are the same?

guys, I'm using Oxygen 2.0 ROM, i see most of you guys is using CyanogenMod 7, anyone jump ship from Oxygen 2.0 would like to comment on both ROMs?

Do I need to reflash the LeeDroid ROM after changing Hboot in order to get the new partition sizes (System/cache/data)?
Current running ROM will be intact after changing Hboot?

Hooray! Rooted on the first try! Now shopping around for a good ROM. Any recommendations? Am eyeing any on the Sense ones.

BTW, new member here, brown colour. Did not know about the white one before buying, sigh...

I got a quesiton, wanted to update my clockworkmod to latest version from v2.xxx to v3.0.0.5, i already S-OFF my phone. I just cannot update the recovery-clockwork-3.0.0.5-bravo.img file. Any good guide out there ? I tried to command "flash_image" using terminal on my phone. it doesnt register the command.

Anyone can
