regarding your idea on while charging will auto say right.
i've done improvise the auto say...
every 10 minute, it will speak "your battery level now is 30 percent"
until 100% it will stop and it will say "your battery is full now, please unplug your desire from charger".
i make it link with my sleep mode, power charging, battery level. because i dont want it say when sleep mode activate.
i got whole night to figure out how to get out from loop on battery level.
at last i made it.

now my phone really a smartphone and very android..hehe

erm. there's no way to turn off shuttle sound. becuase it link with system sound.
but there's workaround for it.
take picture while on silent mode.

sleep mode i use this one.

nope. battery will not drain out quickly. if the context not meet. tasker will not activate profile. estimate with tasker activate, on screen off use about 3-7 mA.
if you use context power, never worry because charger will charge estimate 500 to 600 mA comapre to usb around 200mA.
yeah, variable is very important if want to customize profile. before i use variable, i need to use about 3 profile. now, i gather 3 profile become 1 profile. provided you are using same context.

i also dunno what is diff between this "=" and "~" .
but i try '=' on batt, and it doesn't work.

maybe there's mis behaviour app drain your juice quickly.
i use auto killer if got crazy app. it just kill on app that when rogue.

i just guess, your ram does not erase completely after battery shut down.
it still maintain its memory by using supply from your very last juice.
when your juice completely drain and ram cannot have juice supply, all memory become lost and this memory lost are preventing you from boot your device.

maybe it's a rare case, but can happen.

when something happen, i always take out the battery for a while then insert back. this to erase what ever left on ram's memory.

1. alarm
2. media
3. alerts
4. ringer
5. system
6. voice

when you activate silent mode

only alert, ringer and system shut off. the other still maintain on.

it will be easy if your set aleady root.
in this case, you need to run ruu back again.
you must have sdk tool from google
go to booloader -> hboot
from there use your cmd terminal type as below.

<c:\sdk folder\tools\>fastboot getvar all

then try to find version like 2.*.*.*
for my case 2.13.707.1

and if you find your version

dload from here http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Bravo/
then try to run this file with your phone attach to usb cable.
if you got cid error, do not afraid. just pull out your battery. do not reboot.

if your version does not have at shipped rom, try to find anybody near you that have same version, and try to re-make gold card. by doing this, you can use any rom to flash with.

tasker do not have capability to do so. it just use default silent state.

then i just go to recovery wipe cache and dalvik.
when time to flash recovery, file is not in download folder..
damnn...lost my quota for nothing.
