GTA4 and EFLC have been on sales for quite a number of times.

Well, just finished dled the game from steam, took me 3 days for only the GTAIV, not the EFLC, ugh...when i 1st play the game and wanted to register for my Games For Windows Live, my game crashed, twice, quickly gone through the registration and now the game is runing fine

That is about 31gb worth of download.

well it took me 6 days to download both completely. 31 gb of goodness

initially the registration was a hassle tho, need to register both side rockstar and gfwl..

The problem just suddenly goes away for me. Not sure but what I did was, run EFLC as admin and run, if cant, then put it at XP SP3 compatibility and run, if cant, then don't run EFLC as admin but ki pthe compatibility and run, if still can't, remove the compatibility and restart your comp. That's what i did and it's all fixed O_O

just started to play GTA IV on pc for the first time. I used to play San andreas in ps2. i have few questions

when i am driving and if i am turning left or right, i have to move my mouse manually so i can see what is infront, in PS I didn't have to do that. Is it like that in GTA PC?

Why sometimes when police arrest me I can fight back but sometimes I surrender?

Yes, you're right about the mouse movement. It has been that since San Andreas on PC. I didn't like it then but I got used to it and eventually liked it. GTA III and VC was exactly like PS2 version, no mouse movement is needed.

You can't fight back with the police if you're being arrested and drag out of the car by the police. You can when you have less stars, if you have 3 stars and above, the cops won't even bother trying to arrest you (if you're on foot) but would just shoot you instead.
