hey guys, new here

im having a serious issue with my JW. the GPU fan (right side when facing the screen) has stopped working and i need it repaired ASAP.

could you tell me where to go and perhaps give an estimate how much it will cost me?? ive bought it about a month ago but not from malaysia.

about the address given earlier (ASUS support center), has anyone here ever been there before ? are they trust worthy ?? im getting a bit nervous after reading some stuff about asus' customer services ...

if you look around the web, you'll see some stories about how someone gave their product for repair and it came back worse than before and similar stuff ....
